Last Sunday – Pentecost! – the Holy Spirit filled our church, our hearts and our voices. We were overflowing with children (and girl scouts!) and singing (so much singing!) If you missed it, a San Rafael Girl Scout Troop announced their Spaghetti Dinner this Sunday in Duncan Hall to raise money for Downtown Streets San Rafael. You can buy a ticket for $5 or donate! Please let me know if you’re interested and I’ll put you in touch with the right person.
Then following church, children and parents headed down to 5th Avenue and sang for the residents. Their sweet voices captured the hearts and lightened up the faces of the residents; and we then ended by singing all together When the Saints Go Marching In. It was beautiful!
THIS Sunday, May 22nd – Jim and Janet lead Sunday School.
That evening is the fundraising Spaghetti Dinner in Duncan Hall.
Sunday, May 29th – Field Trip to Grace Cathedral for the 11am service! We’ll meet and carpool if necessary.
Sunday, June 5th – Godly Play with Chloe and Elise followed by the Ice Cream Social!
