Daily Prayer & 3 Important Dates

This weekend I begin Basic Discipleship at 8:30am on Saturday and at 11:30am on Sunday. There are already at least 4 people who will be coming. Pick one of those two time slots and, for the next several weeks, learn how to get into and maintain a rhythm of daily prayer.

And here are 3 important dates:

Sunday, February 2nd is our Annual Meeting. Join us in Duncan Hall for lunch and a summary of the year that has past and a look at the year to come.

Wednesday, February 26th is Ash Wednesday. After the 6:30pm worship service I begin With Gladness and Singleness of Heart where I teach playful practices all building on a daily prayer “O God, send me this day to do the work you have given me to do, to love and serve you with gladness and singleness of heart.”

Saturday, March 7th is the PrayWorshipServe Gathering. The full retreat is cancelled. Instead, we will have a two hour gathering, from 9am to 11am in Duncan Hall, where we will share the results of our survey of the 28 Discipleship Groups from around the country and then learn together.
