From Jacob: Life moves fast. Very much so when work seems to require more and more time and effort. There are times that 20 minutes of prayer a day feels impossible. It can be easy to let reflection on our spiritual life fall by the wayside. I found it so helpful to take the time to complete the Spiritual Inventory. It gave me a moment to reflect. Take a moment to reflect on where you are in your spiritual life. For me it was a jump start to more intentional actions to add it to my whole person health practice.
