Hello –
Our busy September begins tomorrow. During the 10am service, our children’s program resumes for the school year with Godly Play. Like last year, children are invited to leave after the Collect, as the rest of our community sits for the readings. They return in time for Communion.
In the late afternoon, from 4pm to 6pm, Chloe and a friend will be hosting the third of our Death Cafes. These are open-ended conversations, with tea and cookies, about a reality that has, and will, affect us all. The Death Cafe is one element in a more robust Legacy program Chloe and Michael Green are introducing at St. Paul’s.
Next week is the introduction of our shared Sunday afternoon ministry of Eucharist, Colloquium and Youth Group with Nativity. The following week is the Discipleship Group workshop and the Community meeting about the Hardin Courtyard.
