Hello –
I leave tomorrow for some relaxed time away and will be back at St. Paul’s on July 14th. In the meantime, you’ll be well served the Rev. Carol Luther and the Rev. Cara Meredith.
Here are a few things to know:
• Do you think your singing in the shower could help make a joyful noise unto the Lord? Talk to Vincent or email him at vkinnard@stpaulssanrafael.org to explore the possibility of joining St. Paul’s Chancel Choir.
• Coffee Hour Hosts. Kari, who has made it her ministry to host our coffee hours, has left for the summer. Please consider signing up to host one or more Sundays. Contact Joni at jlzunino@msn.com to sign up.
• Bible Studies Are on Hold. The Wednesday 10am study resumes on July 15th, perhaps with Hebrews, and the Thursday Zoom 6pm study resumes on August 6th with a three month march through Exodus.
Here are things to look forward to:
• A Saturday in late July or early August at Hart’s Desire beach.
• A Sunday series at worship on “Who Are We?” to feature worship instruction, sermons and minutes for mission.
• Back to School BBQ on August 23rd.
• A Transcending Contempt Practice Group centered on the second part of the Great Commandment, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
