Setting Up Virtual St. Paul’s

Hello –

Our work together this week is setting up virtual St. Paul’s so that we can stay connected in this time of physical isolation.

Starting next week you will have the opportunity to virtually gather with people from St. Paul’s on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday:

Tuesday Morning Prayer at 7:30am. Richard O. will lead us in Morning Prayer at 7:30am. We have created a bulletin with the whole service. Email me at c.h.mrtn@gmail.com and I will snail mail you the bulletin. Later this week, I will send you the invitation to Zoom so you can pray with us.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study at 10am. Tomorrow, all of us who regularly go to the Wednesday morning Bible Study will have a Zoom meeting to get used to it ourselves. Next week, you will be invited to join us on Wednesday at 10am if you wish. We’re reading the Gospel of John.

Thursday Evening Bible Study at 6:15pm. On Thursday night at 6:15 we will do the same thing with the people who are already a part of the study. Next week, you will also be invited to join us on Thursday evenings. We’re also reading the Gospel of John in that Bible Study.

In addition, we will also have Virtual Worship at 9am on Sunday. This time, the doors will not be open. I believe we will be able to have you join us whether or not your are on Facebook. We will also have the Spiritual Forum at 10:15. Zoom link coming soon.

Finally, young parishioner Matthew F has volunteered to run necessary errands for any of you who are in need of essentials. He can be called at (408) 966 3115.

The St. Paul’s Campus is essentially closed. The school is not in session. Lorrie and I are coming in briefly on Tuesdays and Thursdays to take care of essential tasks. In addition, I intend to conduct these virtual meetings from the church so that you can keep some sense of connection to this beautiful campus. But If you wish to reach me in a timely manner, please call my cell at (415) 464 7108.

More to come soon as we continue our transition to staying connected virtually for this Sabbath Season.

Blessings,

Christopher
