Newcomer Class Begins Sunday (Page 66)

Hello –

This Sunday I begin teaching a newcomer class at 11:30am in the Upper Room. It continues through the Sundays in January and February. The last Sunday in February, the 28th, Chloe and I will be hosting an Open House at our home in San Anselmo at 4pm for all the parish, but with the special intention of welcoming newer folks even more deeply into our community.

The classes are open to anyone who wishes to take a next step in their spiritual life at St. Paul’s. For example, if you have been here a while and are not yet in a Discipleship Group, this series is a great way to find out more about this core practice.

One of the sessions will be particularly focused on the spiritual life of children, not just for those of us who currently have children and youth at home, but for all of St. Paul’s. This is because passing on the life of faith to the next generation is the task of the whole Christian community.

If you have to miss this week, by all means jump in the next week!

Blessings,

Christopher
