Hello –
We’ve started our biggest week of the year. Here, in one sentence form, are the things you need to know for this week and then the weeks to follow.
This week:
• Maundy Thursday’s service is at 7:30pm and is preceded by a dinner served by Grace Marin at 6:30.
• Good Friday is at noon and lasts just over an hour.
• Saturday’s Easter Vigil is at 7:30pm.
• Easter Morning services are 8 and 10 and the Egg Hunt is after the 10.
Then:
• Tuesday’s Morning Prayer continues at 7:30am, Thursday is on hiatus.
• Tuesday 12:30 Bible Study is on hiatus until the 21st.
• Wednesday 10am Bible Study is on hiatus until the 22nd.
Also:
• Starting Sunday, April 12th, 10am Acolyte duties will be simplified which means this is a great time to join the crew- come at 9:20am and be trained.
• Bring in your used books for the St. Anne’s Book Sale which is May 2nd and 3rd.
• Finally, on a more somber note, the memorial service of one of our beloved matriarchs, Marion Cedarblade, will be on Saturday, May 16th at 10am.
This week is an invitation for you to step outside the relentless grind of empty time and enter into God time. Come deep-sea diving into those great mysteries by which we were saved.
Blessings,
Christopher
