Hello –
This Sunday we celebrate the birth of the church when the Holy Spirit came like a great wind and tongues of fire danced upon the heads of believers, showing that the church had been born.
As part of our celebration, Sunday will have several special things, beginning with specially designed name tags for everyone to fill out on the way in to worship.
Ordinarily, we like to give space for each person to be as as private or as public they wish to be, but on this Pentecost Sunday we’d like to encourage all of us to make ourselves known. We have been blessed recently with a group of great new folks who are finding home at St. Paul’s. It’s time for each of us to learn some new names and celebrate together that we are a growing church.
The church, our community of followers of Jesus, is a gift from God. Join us Sunday to give thanks and celebrate!
