Hello –
Here’s a quick rundown of the major events into early January at St. Paul’s.
11/23 Saturday Death Row Christmas Cards. Join us at 3pm in Duncan Hall for music and snacks as we write simple Christmas Cards to our 20 friends on the Row.
12/14 Saturday Preview of Be Still. Come at 9am to Duncan Hall for a preview of the next Transcending Contempt, Be Still: Move from Being Anxious to Being Centered.
12/16 Monday Sing-a-long for Saints and Sinners. Come to this new annual tradition at 7pm in the church. It’s one hour with a reception afterwards. Bring your friends and neighbors.
12/18 Wednesday Angel Tree Giving of Gifts, sharing of cookies and mini-concert. If you take an angel and buy a gift you are welcome to host this little party with the families of the De Colores preschool. More angels will be on the tree this Sunday.
12/21 Saturday Come Together Holiday Gathering. Chloe hosts this gathering in Duncan Hall with Holiday treats, activities and reflections for folks who have at least 1/2 a century of memories to share.
12/24 Tuesday Christmas Eve service is at 5pm
12/25 Wednesday Christmas Day service is at 10am followed by the annual Pot Luck Feast hosted by Chloe and me. We bring a spiral-cut ham and the rest is pot luck.
1/4 Saturday Be Still, the next offering of Transcending Contempt. Learn to move from being anxious to being centered by shifting your relationship to your own thoughts. No previous experience with my teaching
required. 9am on Saturdays through February.
Blessings,
Christopher
