Hello –
This is the last pre-Lent word from the RenewalWorks Group.
In the past few weeks we have shared out thoughts and encouragement with you on engaging with the First Landmark, Becoming the spiritual leader of your own faith and its companion Signposts.
During this Lent we have the opportunity to strengthen our ability to move towards the goal of Landmark 1. The classes being taught by Christopher, our Bible study in John, fasting as ritual, these all contribute to our deepening in faith and becoming the spiritual leader of our own faith.
It is the sincere prayer of the RWG that you have a meaningful Lent where your preparation for the upcoming liturgical season rekindles our love of Jesus whom we follow in worship, prayer and service.

• The Mardis Gras Party is this Sunday at our home from 4pm to 6pm.
• Ash Wednesday services are 8am, noon and 6:30pm.
• With Gladness and Singleness of Hearts starts just after 7pm on Wednesday.
• The first Mom’s Mini-Retreat is Sunday, March 1st from 3pm to 4:30pm.
