As advertised:
1. Felicia is at her daughter’s house in Fairfield recovering from a bad case of shingles. If you’d like to send her a card, email me at c.h.mrtn@gmail.com and I’ll send you her address.
2. The annual convention of the Diocese of California is this Saturday at Grace Cathedral. I mention the event this year because Felicia and Jacob have been particularly important in the crafting of the centerpiece of this year’s Convention, the Strategic Visioning Plan. Erin’s mom, Nancy has been the consultant to the plan, I have often been an informal advisor and Erin has been both and advisor and worker bee.
3. The following Saturday, the 25th of October, I will be offering my fourth and final teaching on Angles,this one on the Cherubim and love of knowledge and Seraphim and the knowledge of love. Watch the videos of the first three teachings on our YouTube channel, St. Paul’s, San Rafael, and come learn to fix your heart on where true joys are to be found, with highest angels.
4. Rise Against Hunger will be on Sunday, October 26th. Join us as we pack 10,000 meals for hungry families in Southeast Asia. We are hosting families from Episcopal churches around Marin County. Contact Erin at ewiensstjohn@stpaulssanrafael.org for the link to register.
