Hello –
1. Death Cafe is this Sunday in Duncan Hall from 4pm to 6pm. Come to an open conversation about a reality we all face, hosted by Chloe.
2. Death Row Ministry has its bi-monthly Wednesday night meeting next Wednesday the 14th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Please read last Monday’s cover article about our ministry in the Marin IJ by following this link.
3. This Day Forward is a movie that will be shown in Duncan Hall at 7pm on that same night, Wednesday the 14th. It’s a movie of a true story of a young family and how they faced the husband, who was a pastor, having brain cancer. The director and the surviving spouse will be there.
4. The Sacred Gaze is the name of a morning of contemplative prayer and reflections at Dominican (1520 Grand Avenue) led by Terry Ryan, a friend of Richard Olive’s who lives most of the year at Snowmass, where Thomas Keating lived.
5. Stewardship In-Gathering Sunday is now November 18th, not November 11th. You should be getting another letter and pledge card this weekend. Please fill out your card and bring or send it to us by the 18th so we can bless your card at our worship services.
Life at St. Paul’s is full of good, rich things!
Faithfully,
Christopher
