Wednesday, we are having an important community conversation in Duncan Hall starting at 6:30pm. It’s a conversation about making our campus safe, accessible and beautiful.
We have been given an amazing opportunity to leave a great legacy for decades to come. Thanks to hard work from Jay, we have a new ten year contract with Marin Day School that both guarantees a generous annual income and commits them to a substantial investment in our campus. Our part of the contract includes paying for some improvements to the education wing and providing a courtyard that is safe and accessible.
We are using this new contract as an opportunity to engage in a community wide conversation about ways to improve our campus, particularly the courtyard and our capacity to offer hospitality. Tomorrow night that conversation continues with a Soup/Supper in Duncan Hall starting at 6:30.
Five of our strongest leaders, Jay, Maggie, Tenesa, Joan and Pat, are leading this SPRIF III effort. SPRIF III is the name of our capital campaign. Tomorrow night they will be sharing where we are in the campaign and asking for our ideas and reactions.
Soup/Suppers are always potluck and are always delightful social events. Come tomorrow night and be a good citizen of St. Paul’s by creatively and respectfully joining the conversation!
