Call for Volunteers

This Saturday, January 30th, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Training for service at church! Calling all 11 year olds and older to learn the roles of usher, acolyte, reader, altar guild and choir. What an incredible way to grow closer to God and your Church, but also to learn more about our rich traditions. Please join us!

Sunday, February 7th is the Annual Meeting from 11:15-1:00!

We have a small group willing to help prepare food (Jambalaya!) and set-up tables and chairs, but we need more help! Although we’ll make the Jambalaya at the church, you could always make cornbread or salad at home and bring it in. We need enough for 90.

We’ll meet on Saturday afternoon to do most of the work, and then again on Sunday to serve and clean-up. It would be fun to have our young people serve food! Please respond to me directly. If I have a group of 10 or more, then I’ll create a Sign-Up Genius.

Children’s Programming:

This Sunday – Alison Blume and I will lead the children in prayer, bible study and begin our series on the Saints! We will have them back to you for Communion.

February 14th – Family Service, Choir performs
February 21st – More on Saints
