Hello –
Three things:
1. We celebrate and bless anyone who has a birthday or anniversary this Sunday. Please email me at c.h.mrtn@gmail.com if this applies to you or someone you love.
2. It’s not too late to send some letters to our brothers on Death Row. (I’m sending my cards today and tomorrow. Email me if you’d like to join this little ministry and I’ll share the addresses with you.
3. Christmas this year has thee parts.
a. A half hour service on Wednesday the 23rd at 5pm where I bless the small Truevine chalices and we end by singing O Come O Come Emmanuel.
b. Either you come and pick up your chalices from the pews outside Duncan Hall. (So no need to go inside the church, although the doors will be open if you want to pop in for a prayer OR we will deliver the blessed TrueVine chalice to you. (again email me if you’d like delivery.
c. Christmas Eve Service at 5pm. This is distance worship that begins with some singing from the courtyard, has a classic service from inside the church, and will likely conclude with a sweet bidding of Merry Christmas from our families.
