Tomorrow, Sunday, is our Annual Meeting. It starts at 11am and is on Zoom.

11:00 A gorgeous slide show by Chloe with a collection of pictures from the last several years of manny of our beloved parishioners. You won’t want to miss it.
11:05 Unless there are objections, one vote to affirm the agenda and to elect the new vestry members and the representatives to Diocesan Convention. It will be a simple show of hands. The Zoom format we are using is the same as for Bible Studies or small groups. Nothing fancy. The Vestry slate is Nan Marie Wollam and Matthew Furlo and perhaps one more. For Diocesan Convention it’s Chris Olson and Alex Reynolds.
11:10 Buzz will give the Senior Warden’s Report on the year that has passed.
11:15 I will give the Rector’s Report on the year to come.
11:20 John will give the treasurer’s report. If you haven’t already seen the financials you can go to the front page of our website (stpaulssanrafael.org) to get both the numbers and John’s excellent one page summary. If you have questions or observations, please email John at johnemcdermott@gmail.com. Thank you to Pat and Larry who have already emailed him some excellent thoughts and observations.
The meeting will continue as long as there are questions about the financials. We will then conclude with a prayer, and then show the beautiful slide show for a second time.
