Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
The Annual Meeting of St. Paul’s will be on Sunday, February 7th at 11am. I write to encourage you to attend and to request that you spend some time looking at the financials and John’s excellent summary, both included in this mailing.
At the end of our Sunday worship on the 7th, we will be inviting everyone to switch from whatever medium they have been watching worship to a Zoom channel. Michael Green will be hosting us all on Zoom and has made sure that all will be able to vote to both confirm the agenda and to support the slates of Vestry members and Diocesan representatives.

11:00 Call to order, opening prayer and approval of agenda and slates of Vestry members and Diocesan representatives.
11:05 Senior Warden Report- Buzz Wollam
11:10 Rector’s Report- The Rev. Christopher H. Martin
11:15 Treasurer’s Report- John McDermott
We will then allow the report and John’s responses to your questions to go as long as they need to go. This is because our budget for 2021 is quite different from the budgets of the last decade. The transition from Bright Horizon to Community Action Marin as the preschool that rents space from us has made profound and complicated changes to our financial picture.
As you look at the financials and John’s summary, please email your questions and thoughts to John at johnemcdermott@gmail.com. That way, John can prepare his remarks on Sunday, February 7th, with your thoughts in mind.
