Hello, St. Paul’s!

A few notes about our life together in this upcoming month:

Dawn Rice’s funeral will be this Thursday at 10am. It will also be livestreamed and recorded on our YouTube and Facebook pages. Please join us to celebrate her incredible life and grieve with her family.

Christopher will return from vacation on July 17th. I’ll also be ordained as a priest that day in San Francisco–you are all welcome to join! Carpools will be leaving from the St. Paul’s parking lot at 2:45pm.

On July 28th, after worship, we will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of women’s ordination in the Episcopal Church by screening a new film, The Philadelphia Eleven. The film chronicles the dramatic story of eleven women and the four bishops who ordained them despite church opposition and even death threats. Snacks will be provided!

Finally, thank you for your patience as we continue to work on refrigerator repairs. We hope to return to St. Vincent’s lunch-packing soon.
