Hello –
So actually six!
1. Thank you to those of you who have already filled out and sent a Memorial Service Form. You’ve given a great gift to your family and friends. To the rest, please keep them coming!
2.. This Saturday, God willing, Adam, Brandon, Tara, Kemp, Cheryl and Lori will be Confirmed at Grace Cathedral. Please send them your prayers.
3. In May the first week will be a gap week, so no making Vinnies lunches next week Wednesday, May 6th. We will be making lunches on Wednesdays May 13 and 27 at 4pm at St. Paul’s in Duncan Hall. Setup will start at 3:30pm.
4. Sunday, May 24th will be the next time a crew goes to the San Rafael Health Care Center to offer prayers and songs. Please talk to Mike, Peggy or Janie to join them.
5. May 24th is also the feast of Pentecost, when we celebrate the birth of the church. We’ll be trying an extra effort to get us all to wear name tags on that day.
6. Between late next week and mid-July I will be out of town three different times for six days or more. When I’m gone, the Rev. Carol Luther will be covering services for me with some help from Cara and with the pastoral back up of the Rev. Chip Barker-Larrimore of Christ Church, Sausalito.
