• This Sunday we have our first ever full immersion baptism at the 10am service. I have the honor of baptizing Brandon M. in the Courtyard in a “font” that we borrowed from All Souls Episcopal Church in Berkeley. (Really a large round animal trough.) Come and participate in a cool new liturgical moment for us!
• Tuesday is the next Street Chaplaincy Dinner. Candy C. is leading the effort. If you’re interested in being part of the cooking and set up crew at 4pm or the serving and clean up crew at 5:15pm, email me at c.h.mrtn@gmail.com and I’ll connect you with Candy.
• Next week we’re all going to receive Funeral forms in the mail. We’re making a little push for each of us to give a gift to our loved ones by filling out at least some of our wishes for our own funeral service. I can tell you from many years of experience that expressing your wishes and then giving it to St. Paul’s to keep is deeply appreciated by all.
