Wednesday 10am. Read aloud and discuss the practical and profound book of James. Tomorrow we’ll be discussing the mighty power, for good and ill, of the human tongue.
Wednesday 7pm. Learn from Carol about sitting Zazen with Jesus, from Tanner about Jesus and the New Age or from Scott about the Resurrection. It’s the second meeting of New College and you are welcome to jump in.
Thursday 6:15pm. We are moving at a quick rate through the Gospel of Mark, the sharpest and most disorienting of the gospels.
Saturday 8:30am. There are 5 teachings on the Work is Very Near You. ome and learn how beauty and gratitude are yoked and so how to find your own angelic smile.
Sunday 9am. At the Spiritual Forum we are learning how to sort our thoughts by reading aloud short sayings from the 4th Century Christian teacher, Evagrius. We’re considering how negative thoughts come in two categories, the Parasites and the Disruptors.
All five of these Open Doors led to rooms where we are well adept at inviting people who only want to come and see. We stand ready to welcome you.
